Top European court upholds Lithuania’s ban on Russian singer

The ECHR has upheld Lithuania’s barring of entry to Russian pop singer Philipp Kirkorov. Riga accuses the entertainer of being a “soft power” tool for Russia’s propaganda in former Soviet states.
